A master-class in coastal luxury, this project involved a complete architectural overhaul of a 315sqm residence. We re-engineered the interior to feature soaring 3-meter ceilings and five strategic skylights, flooding the home with natural light. The renovation seamlessly integrated a chef’s kitchen, a bespoke timber alfresco deck, and a modernized saltwater pool area to create a move-in-ready sanctuary in the heart of Peregian Springs.
