I am Michele the founder of Riviera Renovations, and a trusted renovation expert on the Sunshine Coast. With over 20 years of experience across industrial, commercial, and residential carpentry, I bring a deep knowledge of building and project management to every job. As one of the few certified waterproofing specialists in the region, I ensure that every renovation is built to last and leaving the impression that your house had always been like that.
My journey in the building industry began in 2003, when I started my apprenticeship in carpentry. Over the years, I gained hands-on experience across industrial, commercial, and residential carpentry, working in diverse roles that shaped my expertise.
After becoming a licensed builder in Victoria, I spent several years refining my craft before making the move to Queensland. Transferring my license, I established Riviera Property Services, delivering high-quality renovations on the Sunshine Coast, and now launch Riviera Renovations to offer high-end fully project managed home renovation needed in the area and beyond.
Coming from a family of tradespeople — my grandfather was a concreter, my father a mechanic — I bring a deep understanding of craftsmanship, problem-solving, and precision to every project.
My qualifications include a Certificate II in Building and Construction, Certificate III in General Construction, and I am one of the few builders on the Sunshine Coast with a waterproofing certification, ensuring durability and quality in every renovation.
